What's new
PaySorted is updated most weeks. This is a plain list of what's changed, newest first. If there's something you need that isn't here yet, let us know.
3 November 2026
- Put the 12 separate trade pages into one Trades page. Each trade still has its own section, it was just a lot of near-identical pages.
- Clearer About page, including how to get help.
- Driving instructors: paid hours now come off when a lesson is booked, not when it's done, and go back on if it's cancelled in time. The "Done, send bill" button is now just "Completed".
2 November 2026
- New: PaySorted Drive for driving instructors. Diary, progress against the DVSA syllabus, hours paid up front, and a page for each pupil to book, cancel and pay.
- Driving instructors can add their lessons to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, see their pass rate against the national average, and log mileage.
- New: commercial cleaning. Monthly contracts billed on the 1st, PO numbers, set cleaning days and site access notes.
- New page for dog walkers and pet sitters.
- You can now switch off features you don't use (like key holding or licence reminders) so you don't get warnings for them.
- A set-up guide when you first log in, including your logo and colours. You can skip it and come back later.
- Emails now come from paysorted.uk, and the contact form goes to support@paysorted.uk.
Late October 2026
- Customer emails are sent from your own business name.
- Customers can approve extra work and sign off a finished job with a signature on their phone.
- Every review request has a working opt-out, and quote follow-ups say how to decline.
- Credit notes, a VAT rate on each line, and the customer's VAT number on reverse charge invoices.
- A Text button on each customer, to send a one-off text through PaySorted.
- Accountants can accept a client with one tap.
October 2026
- PaySorted launched.
