Monthly plans, cancel any time. Your accountant gets free access on every plan. No VAT is charged at the moment: if PaySorted becomes VAT registered, VAT will be added and we'll email you at least 30 days before. Card payments are charged by Stripe at their standard rates.
Questions from bookkeepers
Will my clients see PaySorted?
Hardly at all. Invoices, the payment page, receipts and reminders show your logo, your colour and your business name, and emails come from your name with replies going to you. The only mention is a small "Sent with PaySorted" line at the bottom.
Will clients know the reminders are automatic?
They come from your practice name and email, and replies come straight to you. The small footer just says "Sent with PaySorted".
Can I stop chasing a client I'm talking to?
Yes, pause any invoice in one tap. If a client replies to a reminder, chasing pauses on its own.
I'm already a PaySorted partner. Is this the same thing?
No. The partner portal is free and shows your clients' records. PaySorted Practice is for invoicing and chasing your own fees.
Can I get PaySorted Practice free?
Yes. Once 5 of the clients linked to your accountant portal are paying for PaySorted (free trials don't count), your Practice plan is free for as long as at least 5 stay. It stacks with your 20% partner reward. If you drop below 5, you get 30 days to get back up before normal billing starts again.
Does it work with my accounting software?
Yes. Connect Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or Sage in settings.
