Reminders come from you, in a friendly then professional tone, and pause the moment a client replies. No awkward emails to write.
Business clients who pay late owe you interest and £40 to £100 compensation. PaySorted works it out and sends the claim in a tap.
Log time as you go, then invoice everything not yet billed in one tap. Retainers raise themselves on the 1st.
Three ready-written reminders, worded for your customers and filled in with their name, the amount and a pay link. They go out on a fair schedule, stop the moment you're paid, and pause if someone replies.
Hi Priya, invoice INV-0217 for the website design stage (£800.00) was due on 2 October and I haven't received payment yet. Could you take a look?
Your clients see your business on every invoice, payment page, receipt and reminder. PaySorted works quietly in the background.
No quotes for kitchens, CIS or site timesheets: just what freelancers need to get paid.
When a business pays you late, the law is on your side. Most freelancers never claim because working it out is a faff. PaySorted does the sums.
8% a year above the Bank of England base rate (11.75% for late payments starting July to December 2026), counted daily from the day after the due date.
A fixed £40, £70 or £100 for each late invoice, depending on its size. You can claim it as well as the interest.
An £800 invoice paid 26 days late: £6.70 interest plus £40 compensation, so £46.70. PaySorted shows this on the invoice and sends the claim in one tap.
Only applies to business clients, not private individuals. Want to check a figure? Use our free late payment interest calculator, or read how freelancers can claim late payment interest.

Hardly at all. Invoices, the payment page, receipts and reminders show your logo, your colour and your business name, and emails come from your name with replies going to you. The only mention is a small "Sent with PaySorted" line at the bottom.
Yes, if your client is a business. The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act lets you charge interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate from the day after the due date, plus fixed compensation. PaySorted works out both and sends the claim as its own invoice, chased like any other.
£40 for an invoice under £1,000, £70 for £1,000 to £9,999.99, and £100 for £10,000 or more, for each late invoice. This is on top of the interest.
