Monthly plans, cancel any time. Your accountant gets free access on every plan. No VAT is charged at the moment: if PaySorted becomes VAT registered, VAT will be added and we'll email you at least 30 days before. Card payments are charged by Stripe at their standard rates.
Questions from cleaners and rounds
Will my customers see PaySorted?
Hardly at all. Invoices, the payment page, receipts and reminders show your logo, your colour and your business name, and emails come from your name with replies going to you. The only mention is a small "Sent with PaySorted" line at the bottom.
What if I can't get in?
Tap No access. Nothing is charged and the house moves to its next visit.
Can a customer pay monthly instead?
Yes. Switch them to a monthly bill and their visits are added up and sent on one invoice.
How do Airbnb changeovers work?
In Airbnb, copy the calendar export link for the property and paste it into PaySorted Rounds. We check it every hour: new bookings appear as cleans, cancellations disappear.
Does it work with Booking.com and Vrbo?
Yes. Any calendar export (.ics) link works.
