Is it really free?
Yes. One site and up to 15 workers are free for as long as you like, with no card needed. For more, Site hours Unlimited is £9.99 a month for any number of sites and workers, or it comes included with every PaySorted plan (from £14.99 a month). You get the full PaySorted app free for 30 days when you sign up.
Do my workers need an app or a login?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera, pick their name and tap Clock in or Clock out. Their phone remembers them next time.
How do I stop someone clocking in from home?
When the site has a location set, a clock-in or clock-out that happens further away than you allow is flagged for you to check. A clock-in from a different phone to usual is flagged too. If a photo of the QR code gets passed around, make a new code in one tap.
Do you track where my workers are?
No. The phone is only asked for its location at the moment someone taps Clock in or Clock out, and only the distance from the site is kept, never where they were. Workers can say no to sharing their location and still clock in.
Can I change the hours?
Yes. You can fix a missed clock-out, add a break or add a shift by hand. Every change is kept with the name of whoever made it, so the original times are never lost.
Can I get the hours into Excel?
Yes. Download any week as a spreadsheet file with each worker's shifts, hours and, if you add hourly rates, the cost.
