Monthly plans, cancel any time. Your accountant gets free access on every plan. No VAT is charged at the moment: if PaySorted becomes VAT registered, VAT will be added and we'll email you at least 30 days before. Card payments are charged by Stripe at their standard rates.
Questions from tutors and clubs
Will my parents see PaySorted?
Hardly at all. Invoices, the payment page, receipts and reminders show your logo, your colour and your business name, and emails come from your name with replies going to you. The only mention is a small "Sent with PaySorted" line at the bottom.
Can parents pay with childcare vouchers?
Yes. Record the payment against the invoice and chasing stops straight away.
Do reminders go out in the school holidays?
Only if an invoice is due. Term fees are due on the first lesson of the term, so reminders follow your term dates.
What if a parent says there's a problem?
If they reply to a reminder, chasing pauses on that invoice until you turn it back on. You can also pause any invoice yourself.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
No. Most tutors and clubs aren't, and PaySorted handles invoices with or without VAT.
