About PaySorted
PaySorted is a UK invoicing app that chases unpaid invoices for you. You send the quote or invoice from your phone; if the customer doesn't pay, PaySorted sends polite reminders by email and text, and stops the moment they do.
Small businesses shouldn't have to chase their own money
Most late invoices aren't refusals. The customer forgot, the email went to junk, or paying was a hassle. But chasing feels awkward, and when you're busy doing the actual work it's always the last job of the day.
PaySorted takes that job off you. Invoices go out with a "Pay now" button for card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay by Bank. If they're not paid, reminders go out on a schedule, friendly first and firmer only when it's genuinely late. Every reminder comes from your business name, in your words, and chasing pauses if the customer replies.
It started with tradespeople and now covers the ways other small businesses get paid too: rounds and regular visits, lessons and classes, event bookings, and freelance clients and retainers. Accountants and bookkeepers get a free portal so they can see their clients' figures without chasing them either.
Who runs PaySorted
PaySorted is run by Gary Callaway, a sole trader based in Bath, UK. It's a small, independent UK business, not part of a larger software company.
