Monthly plans, cancel any time. Your accountant gets free access on every plan. No VAT is charged at the moment: if PaySorted becomes VAT registered, VAT will be added and we'll email you at least 30 days before. Card payments are charged by Stripe at their standard rates.
Common questions
Can I bill a fixed monthly price?
Yes. Set each site's monthly contract price and the invoice is raised on the 1st of every month, sent with their PO number and chased automatically if it isn't paid.
Can I put PO numbers on invoices?
Yes. Add the client's purchase order number to the site and it appears on every contract invoice and every extra you bill.
Can I clean on set days, like Monday to Friday?
Yes. Tick the days you clean each site and each day appears on your cleaners' phones and in Plan the week.
Can I charge late payment interest?
For business customers, yes. UK law lets you claim statutory interest and fixed compensation on late invoices, and PaySorted can add it to the firm reminder if you choose.
I do home cleaning too. Does that still work?
