Everything a pet business needs

More than invoicing

Every pet

All their details, in one place

Breed, microchip, vet, insurer, medicines, allergies, feeding, emergency contact and vaccinations with due dates. The important things show at the top of every card.

Dogs

Walk-ready questions

Good with dogs, people and children, recall, off-lead consent, muzzle, pulls on the lead, escape artist, travels in the van, and the legal collar and tag check.

Cats and small pets

Never asked about walks

Indoor or outdoor, cat flap, litter tray and hiding places. Hutches, cleaning out and handling for rabbits and guinea pigs.

Owners

“Bella’s walk is done”

A text or email with your note and photos when each walk or visit is done, a reminder the day before, and their own page to pay or ask to skip.

Owners

A proper signed agreement

Signed on your phone at the meet and greet: off-lead consent, emergency vet treatment, keys, cancellations and their 14-day right to cancel.

Getting paid

Prepaid walk packs

Sell 10 walks up front. Each walk comes off the pack and you’re told when 2 are left. Or bill each walk, or once a month.

Getting paid

Pay on the spot

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay by Bank. Owners can scan a QR code on your phone at the door. Unpaid bills are chased politely for you.

Your rules

Extras and late cancellations

Extra dogs from the same home, weekend and bank holiday extras, and a late-cancellation fee for owners who signed your agreement.

Your team

Their own login

Walkers see only the walks you give them, with key safe codes, checklists and care notes. Start, Done and photos. No prices or bills.

Staying legal

Dogs per walk

Set your limit and you’re warned before anyone has too many dogs at once. Many councils allow 4, or 6 with a walker licence.

Staying legal

Licences and insurance

Walker licence, public liability, care custody and control, key cover, DBS and pet first aid, with reminders before each one runs out.

Running it

Keys, mileage and your accountant

Keys listed by tag code, never the address. Mileage at HMRC rates, and free access for your accountant with a monthly summary.

Don’t need something? Switch it off in More, then Features you use, and you won’t see it or get reminders about it.

Common questions

Is it just for dog walkers?

No. When you add a pet you choose dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, or something else, and the questions change to suit it. Cat sitters never get asked about walks or leads.

Can my walkers see what they need without seeing my prices?

Yes. Each walker gets their own login showing only the walks you give them, with key safe codes, checklists and every pet's care notes. They never see prices or bills.

Can owners pay for a pack of walks up front?

Yes. Sell packs such as 10 walks. Each walk comes off the pack instead of making a new bill, and you're told when 2 are left.

How many dogs can I walk at once?

It depends on your council. Many allow 4 dogs, or 6 with a dog walker licence. Set your limit and PaySorted warns you before anyone is given too many.

Does it cost anything to try?

Your first 30 days are free and you don't need a card. After that it's from £9.99 a month, with no contract.
