Running a team
More than invoicing: run the whole round

Start, Done, photos
Tap Start and Done at each job, add a note or photos, or mark No access. You see it straight away.
Plan the week
See every job for the next 7 days. Give a home to a different cleaner, or move a visit to another day.
Who's where, and timesheets
See each cleaner's progress today. Hours come from Start and Done, ready to download for wages. Switch clocking in off if it's just you.
Quotes and a "Book a clean" link
Put your link on your website or Facebook page. Send a price by email or text. When they say yes, they're on your round.
Their own page, and a message the day before
Customers see their next visits, pay what they owe, and ask to skip or change a visit. Fewer locked gates and wasted trips.
